Insurance Holders
Payment for all services are due on the day of your service. We would be happy to provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Alternatively, we can submit your claim on your behalf to be reimbursed.
Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy
At least 24 hour cancellation notice is required or 60% of your treatment charge will be applied as cancellation fee.
In the event you have to arrive late, it is important to note that the treatment time is limited to the scheduled appointment time and cannot be extended. Failure to show up for your allotted appointment time will also result in a full session charge. Appointment slots are sought after and we hope clients will do their best to avoid late cancellations.
Please note: on arrival at our location, park in the driveway and use the side entrance on the left side of the house to gain access. If there is no spot available in the driveway, please park on the north side of the street (Larson Peak Road).
